Privacy Notice
Updated November 1, 2026. PIZYO is an 18+ international friendship service operated under the DigiCrem brand. This beta notice describes the current implementation; operational practices and the notice will be reviewed before broader release.
What we collect
When you register we process your login email and authentication information using Supabase Auth. Your member profile may include your name, country, date of birth, languages and interests. If you connect with someone, the service may store friendship requests, text messages, blocks and safety reports. Administration actions and community-rule acknowledgements can also be recorded.
Why we use it
Account access, age eligibility checks, email and self-declaration checks, finding compatible friends, private communication, abuse prevention and security investigations. PIZYO verifies control of the registration email address and records the user's 18+ self-declaration. We do not request government ID as part of registration; self-declared age is not independently established.
Who can see it
Other approved members may see limited matching information such as your display name, country and shared-interest count. Only accepted, approved connections should access their private messages. Administrators handling reviews or reports can access information required for those tasks. Never share sensitive IDs or financial information in chats or review notes.
Service providers and international access
The beta uses Supabase for authentication/database operations and Vercel for website hosting. Since friendships span countries, the service may involve international communication and data processing. Additional provider and location details should be reviewed before public-scale launch.
Safety, retention and your rights
You can block or report a connection and withdraw the current community agreement from your profile. Withdrawal stops eligibility while reviewed data may remain until appropriate deletion handling is completed. Access, correction and deletion requests can be raised through DigiCrem's website Contact section. No automatic account-deletion facility is claimed in this beta.
Updates
We may revise this preliminary notice as verification, retention and moderation workflows are completed. Material changes will require appropriate notice and, where needed, renewed acknowledgement.
